Personal Training 1 on 1

1 on 1 Personal Training varies from 30 minute, 45 minute or 60 minute one on one sessions focusing on your personal goals. These sessions are tailored for each individual. Whether it's weight loss, injury prevention, greater mobility, sports specific or just wanting to feel healthier these sessions are perfect for you, keep you motivated and focused on your goals. 

Partner Training

2 on 1 Personal Training is great when you want to train with a friend, partner or family member. You will receive personalized attention and each session tailored to both of you. This option is perfect for limited budget or for those who want to train together. 

Small Group Training

Small Group Personal Training sessions allows the flexibility to focus on you and cater to your personal goals and needs. Stop getting lost in the crowds, left behind and making up numbers. These groups are maxed at 6 people.

Corporate/Group Training

If your company or group is looking to improve their health and fitness or team bonding, I can cater these sessions for you. I can come to your business or meet at a different location. Please contact me for more information and pricing details.

Pre/Post Pregnancy Session

These sessions are designed to help you through each stage of pregnancy. We can monitor the intensity and the duration of each work out, special exercise considerations, pelvic floor training and help the recovery post pregnancy.
